Hey y'all! My name is Kaylee Morgan! I am originally from Clayton, North Carolina. I am a Sophomore at UNCW and I am currently majoring in Exercise Science and minoring in Psychology! I hope to go to graduate school to become a Physical Therapist! I have always had a passion for helping people and I hope to be able to make that come true. I am on track to graduate in 2018! My goals before I graduate is to be a good role model for others at UNCW. Also to get involved with as many things as I am able to here at UNCW and in Wilmington! I am a Seahawk Link and I cannot wait to get to know all of y'all! A little piece of advice from me to you is to be yourself. I know the transition to college is tough and very scary, but always stay yourself. Your first year you will get to know many people and possibly your best friends for the rest of your life. Get involved in all the activities at UNCW in order to make friends and remember always be yourself (:
My favorite tradition at UNCW would have to be the beach blast of course! It is so much fun! For those who do not know, it is a event that UNCW has at the very beginning of the year. They have buses transporting students to Wrightsville beach and you go for the day. There are a bunch of organizations that are set up on the beach and you get a ton of FREE stuff!
My favorite place to study would be in the clock tower lounge! It is located upstairs in the Fisher Students Center. It provides excellent views of the Campus Commons with huge windows that wrap around the room. A fireplace gives off a nice glow that can be turned on or off at your convenience. The library is also a good place to study if the clock tower lounge is crowded! The library has a bunch or resources that you would be able to use to help study.
"Enjoy the little things in life.... for one day you'll look back and realize they were the big things."
